Daily Bred: Jan. 9 2015 - 21st Centurys Pride and Prejudice by WHITE LIGHTNING! TREYWAY! BRAT! Lyrics

Genre: misc | Year: 2015

I wonder if maybe we on a large scale actually can't handle the truth. I constantly get ridiculed as some "extreme, radical conspiracy theorist," I've also heard that ridicule is the burden of genius. As the definition given yesterday of the word wonder says, to be filled with doubt accompanies curiosity. I merely question what I am told to blindly accept as truth. To me this seems to be more of a trait of a free-thinking individual than a crazy conspiracy theorist, but what do I know?
All of these thoughts are inspired by the book JFK: Conspiracy of Silence. Yes, I am already leaning towards believing in a cover up of the actual events of that tragic day because the facts and witness recollections encourage my skepticism. Wow, I need to change topics or I will bore y'all with my firebrand, revolutionary mentality.
Perhaps today is a good day to discuss societal flaws, prejudices, and double standards, we can call it The 21st Century's Pride and Prejudice.
For instance, why is there this widespread hidden, masked lust for the naked body yet a projected prudishness towards public nudity? Everyone's thinking about it yet most everyone acts like they are somehow above it. This baffles me. Technologically we have advanced so far as a species while our intimate humanity is becoming sheltered and withheld. So many people on a daily basis interact in a surface-level, guarded manner while their spirits scream for community, open vulnerability, and love.
Why are you afraid? If you believe in "be not afraid", then live by it. Not in what you preach but in the way you practice. My words can only preface my mentality to you, they cannot match even the weight of one conversation.
The unwillingness to accept homosexuals is a state of prejudice, preconceived xenophobia. Fear of something foreign. Get over your bad self! Why must your beliefs stand in the way of someone's, ANYONE's happiness? We must change ourselves before we can change the world.
