Week 8 Reading Journal by Shadow P Lyrics
9/30/13
I Finished my nightschool book and it was disappointing because i couldn't find the book after it. So i checked this other book out named "Out Of The Shadows". I haven't really got into it yet but the summary is cool. "Elizabeth stepped through the doorway just in time to see a thin silver knife fly from Merrivale's hand. She screamed in horror, expecting to see the deadly blade bury itself in Isabella's chest. But the dagger stopped in midair-and there it stayed, pointing at her friend's heart like a sharp, accusing finger. I'm ready to read this lol

I read about the the first 2 pages of the book. So far its really mysterious. Its starts off in the forest where an odd, cup shaped tree, bears a child in the center where the roots grow. The vines have grown on him because hes been there, asleep for so long. Idk if the child is male or female because the author keeps referring to the child as "it". This child is half asleep, half awake in shadow world where pale creatures dressed in green/gold/black clothes and a lot of jewelry, live. They took something from the child and the child wants it back. Right now, the child's body is materializing back into the real world, its been in the Shadow world for so long that it doesn't remember who it is
