To Kill a Mockingbird Chapter 3 by Joel Murray Lyrics
At the start of chapter 3, Scout met up with Walter Cunningham in the schoolyard. It was confusing because I didn't know if Scout was confused or relieved that he became pleasured. "his fists were half cocked' (TKAM pg. 30) as When Walter prepares to punch her. Jem later invites Walter to lunch for forgiveness. Walter brags about how he once touched the Radley house, so I was thinking that Walter May be cocky at times. The novel picks up and becomes 'upbeat' when Scout criticizes Walter when he pours too much syrup on his plate. Calpurnia becomes frustrated and punishes Scout by eating in the kitchen.
