There is not a lot of documentation when it comes to a lot of the languages spoken in Africa. Considering the fact that they are 1500 - 2000 Languages. Let's start the effort to do a English Dictionary of some of the languages in Africa. Maybe a place to start will be nice. Like West Africa.
