Dead Horse by Benjamin Hoover Lyrics
(Spoken)
Now, this first dream you have is entitled, "Dead Horse" Tell me about it.
Okay, so it was the middle of the night, and I had just woken up in the middle of the desert with only my phone and my earbuds on me. The last song that I had playing was, "Snowchild" by The Weeknd, but that's not important. I was wearing a blue suit jacket, a white button-up shirt, a white zip-tie, white pants, and white shoes. I got up, and all I was hearing in my head was, "Wake up. Please wake up." I got my phone out and put my earbuds in and just started walking, because a saw a light very far ahead, that I thought was a house. As I was walking, I thought I heard clicking on the ground. I thought it was nothing, and I ignored it, and continued walking. Then I heard it getting louder, and I paused the music and looked behind me, only to notice that a horse with a bunch of dead bodies on it was walking up next to me, and I stopped, and just looked. The horse stopped, and it slowly started to decay. Chunks of skin were falling off, and bones were falling to the ground. I was extremely creeped out, so I decided to keep going. But I felt the ground rumbling under my feet, and I noticed a four wall barrier form around me. I got back up against the wall, and tried to stay away from the horse as much as I could. I heard a voice in the distance telling me to run, even though I can't. The walls slowly closed in on me, and I closed my eyes, knowing that I might die. But, all of a sudden, one of the walls falls down, and I noticed there was a house just ahead of me. I run to the house and I sleep there for the night. I will say, that was easily one of the most terrifying dreams that I ever had, and after that dream, I drew so many pictures of it, that I remembered it for so long, so I guess you do have a reason to keep such a terrifying dream in my memory. Ugh.
Wow. I mean, I gotta admit, that is pretty terrifying.
Well, yeah, no dip, Sherlock!
